Service Description
This comprehensive course is designed to prepare students for the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification exam — the federal requirement for anyone operating drones commercially in the United States. Participants will gain the knowledge, confidence, and skills necessary to pass the exam and operate safely and legally in the National Airspace System (NAS).
Cancellation Policy
Course Cancelation Policy Please let us know as soon as possible for any cancelations 1. Student Cancellations Cancelations 14 days or more out from the course will receive 100% refund Cancelations 7-13 days out will receive 50% refund or 100% credit towards a future course. Cancelations less than 7 days out from course date will receive no refund. 2. First Responder Duty Exception We understand the unpredictable nature of public safety work. If a student is unable to attend due to an emergency call-out or mandatory duty shift, we will provide a full course credit to reschedule at no additional cost upon receipt of a department supervisor's note. 3. Substitutions & Rescheduling Swapping Students: Departments may substitute one participant for another at any time before the first day of class at no charge.
